General

Setting Type Description
Search Search box your visitor can use to filter the Loop based on a desired search term. The Search filter will only display posts that have the searched term in the post title and content.
Category Filter Displays all the Post Categories that have at least one published post.
Reset button Clicking on the Reset Button will reset the previously used filters.
Apply button Used to initiate the filtering if the Post Filter'sApply Modeis set toSubmit.
Content tab → Element lement, click the+ Add Post Filter Item.

Post Filter Item's Content tab → Field Type eld Type, choose the type you want to use to display the ACF field's values:Text- The Text Field type also has Field Type Value:Text- If the ACF field is a Text Field typeNumber- If the ACF field is a Number field type.Date- If the ACF field is a Date Picker field typeDate Time- If the ACF field is a Date Time Picker field typeTime- If the ACF field is a Time Picker field typeSelectorRadio- Both of those field types allow the user to only use one value for filteringCheckbox- Allows the user to select multiple values.

Text If the ACF field is a Text Field type

Select orRadio- Both of those field types allow the user to only use one value for filtering
Checkbox Allows the user to select multiple values.
Option Method Choose how the ACF field values are being generated:Automatic- Displays all the ACF values for the selected ACF field. If nothing or new values are not displayed, clickClear Cached Options.Manual- Generates manual ACF values for the selected ACF field. This is useful if you don't want to display all the values of the selected ACF field. Instead of manually typing values for filters, click the Generate Options button. This will generate the correct ACF values for you. Once those values are generated, you can drag and drop them to change their sorting order, or delete the ones that you don't want to display.
Automatic Displays all the ACF values for the selected ACF field. If nothing or new values are not displayed, clickClear Cached Options.
Manual Generates manual ACF values for the selected ACF field. This is useful if you don't want to display all the values of the selected ACF field. Instead of manually typing values for filters, click the Generate Options button. This will generate the correct ACF values for you. Once those values are generated, you can drag and drop them to change their sorting order, or delete the ones that you don't want to display.

Default - Uses the WordPress default Order by.

Comment Count Order by the post/page/product/custom post type's comment count.
Price (only avaiable if the Post filter is connected to a WooCommerce Product Loop) - Order by the product post type's Price value.
Popularity (Sales - only avaiable if the Post filter is connected to a WooCommerce Product Loop)- Order by the product post type's sales number.
Rating (only avaiable if the Post filter is connected to a WooCommerce Product Loop).
Default Default WordPress Order.
Ascending Shows the Filter result in ascending order, based on the Order By Filter's value.
Descending Shows the Filter result in descending order, based on the Order By Filter's value.
