Navigation Settings¶
The Navigation Settings tab controls which pages and categories appear in your site's navigation bar, along with dropdown behavior and link ordering.

Overview¶
In the Navigation settings tab, there are three sub-tabs: Pages, Categories, and General Settings.
The Pages sub-tab lets you exclude certain pages from the navigation, show or hide dropdown menus, display a home page link, and control page link sorting. The Categories sub-tab provides similar controls for category links, including hiding empty categories and specifying the order of categories.
The General Settings sub-tab contains a single but important setting for disabling top-tier dropdown menu links, which is useful when parent links serve as organizational placeholders only.

Pages¶

| Display Home link | toggle | Enabled | By default, the theme creates a Home link that leads back to your blog's homepage. If you are using a static homepage and have already created a page called Home, disable this to avoid a duplicate link. |

General Settings¶

Troubleshooting¶
Navigation Not Updating
If changes to navigation settings don't appear on the front end, clear any page caching plugins and your browser cache. Also note that if you are using the Theme Builder with a custom header template, these navigation settings may be overridden by your Theme Builder configuration.
